Nelms Towing LLC provides 24/7 commercial, private, and emergency roadside vehicle transportation across North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior to hooking, loading, or transporting any motor vehicle, machinery, or equipment, the requesting party must confirm lawful ownership, control, or commercial authorization for transport.

We require accurate vehicle identification (Make, Model, Year, VIN, or License Plate) and verifiable pick-up and drop-off destinations. In consensual tow situations, vehicle owners or authorized agents agree to the itemized rates quoted prior to dispatch.

⏱️ 2. Live Dispatch & Arrival Time (ETA) Estimates

All arrival times stated across this website or quoted over live telephone dispatch (including 15-minute local response in Pineville/Carolina Place Parkway or 15–25 minute response across regional corridors) represent good-faith estimates based on average traffic flow and current wrecker availability.

Actual response times may vary due to external conditions beyond our direct control, including severe weather events, severe rush-hour highway congestion, multi-vehicle interstate closures, construction detours, or police/highway patrol incident management. Our dispatch team provides live GPS updates upon request.

🛡️ 3. Equipment Safety & Damage Protection

Nelms Towing LLC utilizes damage-free rollback flatbeds with non-marring 4-point soft-strap wheel tie-downs and low-incline loading decks. While our licensed operators take extraordinary care with every vehicle:

• Nelms Towing LLC is not liable for pre-existing collision, mechanical, structural, or undercarriage damage present prior to loading.
• Vehicle owners are responsible for securing or removing personal valuables, electronics, cash, and loose items before transport.
• For lowered, modified, or exotic vehicles, vehicle owners must disclose non-standard clearance, air suspension settings, or custom body kits to the dispatcher prior to recovery.
